The title of Raven has been passed down to the first born child of the Korveryn family longer than the family has had that name, and with it come the responsibilities of maintaining their part in The Couriers Guild, an establishment just as old if not older. While much of the responsibilities associated with this title are simply to fulfil your duties as part of The Couriers Guild it also has a historically positive relationship with the temples of Santa Coru and High Druid resulting in the holder of the title being often a favoured choice for deliveries deep into the Wild Wood or those made on the orders of the Priestess, though as a recent inheritor Allia only has a couple years of real experience. |

Family History
Recorded history of the Korveryn family begins with Corvian Keryn and while the title of Raven predates him it was his work with The Couriers Guild that established the title as one worthy of notice, many couriers of his time would rely on a companion be it a squire of sorts or an animal companion or arcane familiar and Corvian, with his raven Palin, was no exception. The two quickly proved their efficacy and thus the legend was born.
His first born son Edran would quickly show enthusiasm for the work of a courier and improved dramatically on his fathers techniques, and after developing a fondness for the High Druid he was often seen traveling with a black cloud of ravens above constantly scouting and surveying his possible routes.
While none since have had quite as strong an affinity for the natural world his son Rowan had a fantastically business savvy mind establishing a bond with the city of Santa Coru and agreeing to operate as the personal courier for the many temples in the city at no cost, allowing the good word of mouth they would share to bring in more clients from the city and using this new found wealth to establish his sister Althea and wife Ilyra as with their own small businesses in the city.
While not a revolutionary in his field like his forefathers, Lucan was dedicated to proving himself and was no slouch in doing so. Weather through intention or just sheer luck he gained a reputation for finding those who lost the road traveling through the wild woods and rescuing them from the varying dangers it presents gaining a reputation as a local hero while also being one of the best performing couriers in the guild until his fathers early passing at which point he took over the many other familial responsibilities as his wife and sister also began working in the various other family businesses.
Now at the age of 23 Allia has held the title for 2 years, a comparative late bloomer compared to her predecessors but going in with 5 years of work in the build archives under her belt she may just be the most knowable courier in the field today; but how well will that server her?
